Meet the founders of the company
Jason Lee, Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years in the Intelligence Community as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Air Force and DoD contractor, Mr. Lee has designed, developed, and delivered custom waterfall and agile development processes that has improved the delivery of over 250 intelligence applications directly supporting the warfighter. Mr. Lee has directly supported high ranking officers from all branches of the U.S. Military and senior political officials, preparing and presenting situational briefings, new application presentations and process improvements.
With his work experience, and as a Program Manager and Agile Coach, Mr. Lee brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to projects improving processes on any scale. Mr. Lee is most comfortable leading development programs, training agile teams, and improving the delivery for the contracts he has supported. Mr. Lee is passionate about vesting in software development teams to succeed on projects and grow in their careers. He has successfully implemented SAFe processes on two separate contracts supporting DIA.
Mr. Lee is a strong advocate of Agile processes combining this with aspects of the Scaled Agile Framework utilizing Test Driven Development and automation as a key driver to his success as a program lead, most recently serving as Deputy Program Manager responsible for all aspects of the application delivery of a multifaceted DIA contract overseeing the delivery of more than $100m of projects in execution across multiple teams having a total of 180 personnel.
Joshua Doss, Chief Technical Officer
With over 20 years of contract experience working with the military and more than 10 within the Intelligence Community, Mr. Doss has designed, developed, and delivered solutions that have improved the security posture of the nation and increased the work efficiency of U.S. military and diplomatic staff in bases, embassies, and consulates worldwide. Mr. Doss has worked alongside executive staff from within the hallowed halls of the Pentagon supporting the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence to the men and women in uniform with the 82nd Airborne Division in Kabul, Afghanistan supporting ISR Operations. He was recognized by the Undersecretary of State for Management for work performed during “Cablegate”.
With his work experience, and as a practicing full stack web developer, Mr. Doss brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to projects of any scale. He is as at-home at designing databases and data models, coding front- and back-end applications, and troubleshooting server installations as he is with architecting large and complex systems and consulting with C-suite and executive staff regarding major strategic initiatives. Mr. Doss is passionate about empowering software developers, testers, and other technical staff to succeed on projects and grow in their careers.
Mr. Doss is a strong advocate of GitOps and “everything as code”. Combining this with aspects of the Scaled Agile Framework is a key driver to his success as a software leader, most recently serving as Chief Architect Responsible for all aspects of the technical delivery of a multifaceted DIA contract overseeing a software factory implementing the full SAFe SDLC development and RMF/DevSecOps delivery of more than $60m of projects in execution across multiple teams having a total of 180 personnel.
